Time is flying

I cannot believe we are almost into March- this year is already flying by! So much has been going on here lately- my new job for one has been taking up most of my time. I am excited about this new company, they like to get loans closed FAST whereas with most companies you can't get anything to close before 30 days... it's almost like they really don't care if you (borrower) close or not- that is the biggest thing I have noticed so far- that and they really do value their employees and give them every tool available to help them maximize their potential.  Even though I am in the same industry, switching companies always puts you a little behind because it really is like starting all over again. I have spent quite a bit of time trying to learn their system- which is SO much different than what I have worked on for the past 11 years. I can already tell that once I do learn it- it will make things flow much better which is ALWAYS nice! I have also been studying for my licensing test coming up tomorrow. Working in a bank setting for so long- we didn't have to do all this stuff because we fell in under different regulations with the FDIC and OCC, but now that I am back in the broker/banker world it is a completely different ballgame. I am nervous but I KNOW I CAN PASS!! Wish me luck!!
