No fail omelettes!

I don't cook omelettes because well, I just don't. They seem much more of a hassle than scrambled eggs plus they never seem to turn out right when I try to flip over one side, then flip over the other.
BUT have you ever cooked an omelette in a sandwich bag? Sounds crazy but suprisingly it works! So here is what you do:

Get you some sandwich bags and set aside.
Get a couple of eggs per person mix them up like you would if you were scrambling eggs.
Add whatever you want. Bacon, onion, cheese, bell pepper, mushrooms... literally whatever you like in your omelette.
Pour eggs into sandwich bag
Take a big pot of water heat it to a boil

Drop the sandwich bags into the water and let cook for 13 minutes (may take a little longer depending on how many bags you are cooking)

Voila! You are done and you have yourself a perfect omelette!

You can make the bags the night before and the next morning while you are getting the kiddos ready for school pop them in the water and you have a great quick breakfast!
